Job summary

The Wellness Centre Ltd in the Cayman Islands is seeking a licensed educational psychologist to join a private practice in a salaried, full-time role focused on comprehensive psychological assessment across the lifespan.

You will manage a steady caseload, meet billing and client service targets, and contribute to high-quality assessment services within a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in the Cayman Islands; licensed in UK/USA/Canada/Jamaica/South Africa/Australia is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan using standardized batteries.
• Produce clear, concise, and integrative psychological reports within established turnaround timelines.
• Provide feedback sessions to clients and caregivers with practical recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians, schools, physicians and referral sources.
