Oasis Place Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Client Connect Manager to lead our Client Care & Intake team and ensure every family receives an exceptional first contact.

You will streamline enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms, match clients with therapists, oversee onboarding, and coach a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Client Care & Intake team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Manage enquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
• Oversee the client intake and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
• Match clients with the most appropriate therapists based on clinical recommendations and service needs.
• Optimise appointment scheduling across multiple therapy disciplines while maximising therapist utilisation.
• Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of client records.
• Oversee billing administration, payment enquiries and client account follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse client service metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Coach and support team members while fostering a culture of empathy, professionalism and continuous improvement.
