Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks a creative Communications Specialist within the Grab Financial Group's Lending Operations, based onsite in Petaling Jaya.

You will develop messaging, coordinate assets, and roll out campaigns across channels to simplify lending products for consumers, partners, and merchants. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure branding and tone, manage end-to-end comms setup, and build a repository of plans and assets for future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• Basic HTML coding knowledge.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Microsoft BI, or Google Apps Script.
• Ability to tailor messaging for audiences in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans that position Grab Financial Group's lending products for consumers, driver- and delivery-partners, and merchant-partners.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing materials, including in-app messages, brochures, infographics, content snippets, and social media assets.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end communication setup process, coordinating team members and ensuring deliverables are accurate.
• Maintain an organised repository of communication plans, creative assets, and campaign materials for tracking and future reference.
• Analyse campaign and communication performance, recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Support GFG events and use AI tools and latest technologies for research, brainstorming, content development, and workflow improvement while maintaining brand and quality standards.
