Get to Know the Role

• As part of Grab Financial Group's Lending Operations Team, you will help make lending products easier to understand and more accessible to consumers, driver- and delivery-partners, and merchant-partners.
• You will combine creativity, and structured execution to bring lending programs to life across multiple channels.
• From developing communication plans to coordinating creative assets and campaign rollouts, you will help ensure that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
• You will partner with Marketing and teams to develop impactful customer communications that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of Grab's lending products..
• While this is the primary scope of the role, you should remain and open to taking on additional responsibilities as our needs evolve.
• This role will report to the Head, Consumer Lending and will be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

As part of the dynamic Lending Commercial Team, we are looking for someone with creative and transformative mindset to be part of Grab Financial Group. This is the primary scope of the role, but you should remain and when taking on additional assignments and challenges.

• Develop communication plans that position Grab Financial Group's lending products for consumers, driver- and delivery-partners, and merchant-partners.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing materials, including in-app messages, brochures, infographics, content snippets, and social media assets.
• Partner with the Marketing team to ensure messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end communication setup process, coordinating team members and ensuring deliverables are accurate.
• Maintain an organised repository of communication plans, creative assets, and campaign materials for tracking and future reference.
• Analyse campaign and communication performance, recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Support GFG events and use AI tools and latest technologies for research, brainstorming, content development, and workflow improvement while maintaining brand and quality standards.
