Job Description
  • (a) Legal Associates
    • To handle litigation/conveyancing matters from time to time.
    • Able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files assigned.
    • To attend to client(s), correspondence and other legal work assigned by the firm from time to time.
    • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Partner from time to time.
  • (b) Pupil in Chambers (General Litigation and Conveyancing)
    • Assist partners and lawyers in various legal services.
    • Perform general legal tasks.
  • (c) Conveyancing and Litigation Clerks
    • Conveyancing Clerks
      • Assist lawyers in drafting, preparing and handling conveyancing documents.
      • Coordinate and follow up with banks, developers, land offices, and other relevant authorities.
      • Keep track of file progress and ensure timely updates.
      • Prepare loan and SPA documents, as well as all related forms and correspondence.
      • Manage loan and SPA files from the opening stage through to completion.
      • Handle conveyancing matters, including developer projects, sub-sale transactions, and loan documentation.
      • Ensure all assigned tasks and files are completed within deadlines to avoid penalties.
      • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, bankers, and property agents.
    • Litigation Clerks
      • Organise, manage, and maintain litigation files systematically.
      • Handle e-filing of litigation cause papers and ensure accuracy.
      • Prepare quotations, letters, and other related correspondence.
      • Maintain both e-filing systems and physical records to ensure smooth documentation.
      • Assist with the firm’s day-to-day administrative matters.
      • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • (a) Legal Associate
    • Responsible, dedicated, detail-oriented in work and have a good working attitude with minimum supervision.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Mandarin and Hokkien speakers will have an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other related administrative work.
    • Possesses an LLB degree.
    • Possesses own transport and is willing to travel.
  • (b) Pupil in Chambers (General Litigation and Conveyancing)
    • Hardworking, responsible, good attitude and detail-oriented in work.
    • Prefer an open-minded candidate to have exposure in all areas of law.
  • (c) Conveyancing and Litigation Clerks
    • Good typing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
    • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
    • Able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Possess a good attitude & willing to learn.
    • Good communication skills and a team player.
