Job summary

AZRUL AFIFI & AZUAN in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our litigation team. You will work directly under our Senior Litigation Partner, handling a range of general litigation portfolios.

The ideal candidate has strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, excellent drafting and research skills, and can work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good work attitude, disciplined, hard-working and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent writing, drafting and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling various general litigation portfolios under the Senior Litigation Partner.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings and correspondences as required.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for cases.
