Job summary

RIMBUNAN HIJAU ACADEMY SDN. BHD. seeks a lecturer in Business and Management to prepare lesson plans, learning materials, tutorials and assessments. You will support learners toward academic success and maintain accurate learner records and attendance.

The role requires ensuring academic integrity, course filing, and collaboration with the marketing team to boost student enrolment targets. A Master’s degree and at least 2 years in teaching or industry are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Management or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching and/or industry experience in Business and Management.
• Experience developing instructional materials and using IT/digital technologies to enhance learning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; experience teaching online courses.

Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in teaching online courses.

Familiarity with ATHE qualifications and assessment practices is an advantage.
