Job summary

Sunway Malls in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Leasing Executive to plan and execute direct leasing activities for Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Wangsa Mall. You will build and expand our retailers database and conduct market, competitor and customer research.

Responsibilities include assisting in negotiations for tenancy agreements, following up on enquiries, maintaining tenant relationships, managing tenancy and leasing reports, and preparing e-memos for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to travel and be based across Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Wangsa Mall

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute direct leasing activities to maintain and develop new leases
• Build and expand the database of retailers and prospective tenants
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research
• Assist in the negotiation process for new and renewal tenancy agreements
• Follow up on leasing enquiries and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Attend to tenants’ queries and complaints professionally
• Manage, organise and update tenancy, rental and leasing reports
• Monitor and report on tenants’ activities
• Prepare e-memos for renewals and other tenancy matters
• Assist in managing sales reports for retail lots, kiosks and push carts
