Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks an experienced Training Specialist to deliver and facilitate service-operations training, maintain curricula, and update instructional design to boost staff performance. You will collaborate with HR and operations to ensure effective onboarding and skill development for a diverse workforce in Malaysia.

Requires strong English (C1) and a background in healthcare processing or call handling systems, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in training design, delivery and evaluation preferable.
• Ability to impart knowledge and develop skills to others.
• Excellent presentation skills with confident, creative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inductions, upskill training and project-related classes.
• Deliver soft skill programs and measure learning impacts.
• Ensure training meets operational staff needs and design goals.
• Assess new recruits and support transition to operations.
• Collaborate with HR to manage trainees not meeting standards.
• Partner with operations to assess training needs and implement solutions.
• Maintain induction curriculum and update materials as policies change.
