Job summary

ams OSRAM in Malaysia is seeking a Lean Governance expert to define, deploy, and continuously improve our Lean framework and roadmap at the Penang site, driving productivity and quality improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will lead production system assessments, balance bottlenecks, mentor Green Belts and engineers, analyze operational data to identify losses, and act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and cost discipline throughout the

• Experience applying Lean governance in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coach Lean Six Sigma belts and engineers.

• Define, deploy, and continuously improve the Lean Governance framework and roadmap.
• Lead production system assessments and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Drive implementation of Lean principles, flow optimization, bottleneck balancing, product-tool matching, and workforce productivity improvements.

• Analyze operational data to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
