ams OSRAM seeks an experienced professional to design, realize and evaluate AlInGaN semiconductor chips in a role focused on high-performance LEDs. You will work closely with process development and manufacturing in global teams to develop novel or optimized fabrication flows.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the semiconductor industry, deep knowledge of Nitride LEDs and device physics, and strong analytical and communication skills. German language skills are a plus, and English is essential.
