Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Technical Associate Supervisor (BO Chargeman 11kV) in Kuala Lumpur to guide a team across cross-functional projects within Engineering and Technical Services. You will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You’ll oversee safety, plan preventive work, coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, and deliver reports to management and clients, while modelling CBRE RISE values and leadership

Qualifications

• Certified competent BO 11kV with minimum 5 years of job-related experience in building / facilities maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience as you required to lead a big team.
• Knowledgeable with preparing reports and documentations.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the evaluation of multiple sources of information.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.

About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Manage internal and external relationships with vendors. Seek out new vendors, obtain pricing, and approve contracts.
• Work with core teams to develop solutions and manage project teams throughout delivery.
• Create, maintain, and distribute routine reports and present them to management and clients.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
