Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TPM roles, with 3+ in Fintech trading.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Financial Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Proven success leading teams with Agile/Scrum in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SDLC for trading system upgrades from BRDs to UAT and rollout.
• Lead development and rollout of retail trading features and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate Exchange/API integrations and FIX protocol updates for markets.
• Drive latency and throughput optimization across the platform.
• Oversee deployment of AI for real-time trade surveillance and anomaly detection.
• Act as liaison between Business Users and IT to prioritize deliveries.
