Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TPM roles, with at least 3 years specifically in Fintech Trading.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Proven success leading teams using Agile/Scrum in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the SDLC for trading system upgrades from requirements to UAT and rollout.
• Scalable Feature Delivery: Lead development and rollout of retail trading features and vendor integrations.
• Market Connectivity: Integrate new Exchange/Venue APIs and implement FIX protocol updates for global markets.
• Risk & Performance Monitoring: Optimize system latency and throughput.
• Oversee deployment of agentic AI for real-time trade surveillance and anomaly detection.
• Stakeholder orchestration between Business Users and IT to prioritize features.
