Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on project management experience within construction.
• Strong experience in structural steel works across industrial plants, high-rise/commercial buildings, or data center projects.
• Knowledge of PAM, CIDB, and FIDIC contract forms.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and standard engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery for steel projects.
• Oversee site operations, coordinate with main contractors and M&E teams.
• Manage costs, budgets, and procurement to meet baselines.
• Represent the company in progress meetings with clients and authorities.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance, promoting zero-accident culture.
• Mentor project engineers and site supervisors for high performance.
