Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Project Management Consultant to deliver comprehensive management across real estate projects from initiation through closeout. You will work directly with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and risk, and guide the project delivery team to meet objectives.

Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of experience, and possess LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, budgets, schedules and risk.
• Define resources, prepare RFIs, bids, and supplier evaluations.
• Lead the project delivery team and track progress against plan.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across projects.
• Provide guidance to team and communicate status and variances.
• Apply standard principles to deliver innovative solutions.
• Coach peers and uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
