Job summary

Dyson Global IT in Malaysia seeks a Project Manager (Supply Chain Systems) to lead complex technology projects across planning, procurement, warehousing and manufacturing. You will coordinate product, architecture, engineering and vendor teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, financial control, and stakeholder management in a global context. Collaboration with external partners and teams across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional IT projects in a global org.
• Experience delivering enterprise systems projects across supply chain, manufacturing, planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics or related domains.
• Project management discipline including planning, RAID, governance, financial control and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience with systems integrators, software vendors, MSPs or other third-party delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of architecture, data, integrations, testing, release management and cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Supply Chain Systems projects and programmes with clear scope and milestones.
• Own robust project plans with dependencies, resources and milestones.
• Drive delivery across planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing integration.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape outcomes and maintain alignment with priorities.
• Manage project financials: forecasts, budgets, actuals, and change impacts.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
• Establish governance, steering committees and executive communications.
• Coordinate delivery across product managers, analysts, architects, engineers and partners.
• Ensure delivery considers architecture, security, data, controls and operations readiness.
• Build strong vendor relationships and ensure delivery quality and discipline.
