Job summary

Dyson Institute seeks an Operations Project Manager to lead cross‑functional programmes within Dyson's Global Supply Chain. You will coordinate Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, Testing, and Service Support to drive strategy execution from inception to TS.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programmes.
• Knowledge of change, risk and schedule management processes.
• Understanding of NPI/NPD and related functions (engineering, manufacturing, operations).
• Ability to translate needs into precise requirements for product development and GSC alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as PLT member and single point of contact for GSC‑driven projects.
• Coordinate and cascade PLT decisions into GSC activities across Make vs Buy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Service.
• Lead cross‑functional project plans with tangible deliverables and risk mitigations.
• Develop project scopes, objectives and stakeholder communications.
