Job summary

Emerson is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple MSS projects in a dynamic global environment. You will drive scope, schedule, cost control, and risk management while coordinating procurement and stakeholder communications to ensure successful commissioning of projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in process control, 5+ years PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Control/Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years in process control industry with 5+ years in PM capacity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels.
• Strong commercial and financial competence.
• Proficient in project tools (MS Project) and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MSS projects to meet customer specs, timelines and financial goals.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials and services per contract and schedule.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; ensure cost and schedule control.
• Manage project scope, changes and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting and final databook close-out.
• Foster safe and quality-conscious project execution and team collaboration.
