Job summary

Emerson is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Malaysia to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex process-control projects, and ensure delivery against scope, time, budget, and quality targets. The role requires a strong customer focus, proactive risk management, and superb leadership across internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive planning, cost control, and collaboration with suppliers, sites, and sales teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in process control industry and project management, with at least 5 years in PM capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects to meet customer expectations, scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate project risks; ensure accurate reporting of status and forecast.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials and services per contractual schedule and project specs.
