Swan Metal Products in Malaysia is seeking a production lead to guide the shift and keep production lines running smoothly. You will coordinate with the team to ensure products meet specifications, targets and deadlines for each order.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing / Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or higher qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Able to perform task under pressure and totally committed to follow through the task given within tight schedule.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Well versed in construction trends, internationals design standards and building regulation.

• Ensure to keep production lines running smoothly and manage the shift as well.
• Ensure all products to the specified specifications, target and deadlines are met to achieve the order.
• Lead the production team towards the goal set by the management.
