Wood is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a multi-discipline engineering team for a major FPSO bid, providing engineering leadership, planning and execution support across the bid development phase, ensuring a technically robust and commercially competitive solution aligned with client requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee deliverables, schedules, risk assessments, and input for EPC/EPCI execution and offshore commissioning, drawing on extensive offshore oil and gas

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven delivery experience in offshore oil & gas projects, FPSO facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership, technical coordination, planning and execution support during bid development.
• Lead a multi-discipline engineering team to prepare deliverables, execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments for an FPSO bid.
• Ensure the proposed engineering solution is technically robust and commercially competitive, aligned with client requirements.
