Job summary

Wood is seeking a Lead Electrical & ICT Engineer to support a major FPSO bid. The role provides technical leadership and coordination for Electrical, Telecommunications and ICT systems required for a world-class offshore production facility.

The successful candidate will lead power generation and distribution philosophies, telecoms and ICT architecture, equipment specifications, and execution strategies across Concept, FEED, EPC, EPCI, commissioning and operations, with extensive offshore FPSO

Qualifications

• Lead development of electrical power generation and distribution philosophies.
• Lead telecoms and ICT architecture, equipment specifications, and engineering execution strategies.
• Significant offshore oil and gas facilities experience, especially FPSO projects across Concept/FEED/EPC/EPCI, commissioning and operations.

Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical & ICT Engineer to support a major FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) bid. This role will provide technical leadership and coordination for all Electrical, Telecommunications, and ICT systems associated with the development of a world-class offshore production facility.

The successful candidate will lead the development of electrical power generation and distribution philosophies, telecommunications and ICT architecture, equipment specifications, engineering execution strategies, and technical deliverables required to support a competitive FPSO proposal. The role requires significant experience in offshore oil and gas facilities, particularly FPSO projects, with exposure across Concept, FEED, EPC, EPCI, commissioning, and operational phases.
