Qualifications

• 6–10 years of testing experience in the Insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products (VCV & VPC).
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems.
• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and API testing.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior team handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team for Motor Insurance projects.
• Own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution.
• Review and validate test cases for Motor products (VCV, VPC).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
• Drive SIT, UAT coordination, and regression testing.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior testers and enforce QA best practices.
