Job summary

Prudential's IT team seeks an experienced engineer to build and operate a scalable MECM and Intune co-managed environment across regions. You will plan deployments, optimize OS image strategies, and ensure seamless upgrades and device management using Autopilot and Azure AD.

You will also develop automation scripts, dashboards with Power BI, and provide L3 support to resolve complex incidents while creating clear documentation for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with MECM and Intune architecture and deployment.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 image creation and deployment.
• Experience integrating MECM with Intune Autopilot and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement highly available MECM infrastructure.
• Migrate on-prem MECM to Azure and manage cloud-based deployments.
• Create automation and reporting using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power BI.
