Job summary

Kagina Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to lead the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager. You will ensure secure configurations, manage patches and deployments, and drive agile improvements across the endpoint estate.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Autopilot, Entra ID hybrid join, and co-management, along with strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager across enterprise endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Entra ID join or hybrid join, co-management, patching, and endpoint security policies.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment troubleshooting, compliance reporting, and endpoint issue remediation.
• Excellent documentation, change management, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administration of Intune and Configuration Manager endpoint services.
• Maintain secure, compliant device configurations, patching, and application deployments.
• Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation for endpoint issues.
• Improve endpoint management processes through automation, reporting, and service improvements.
• Manage Intune and Configuration Manager policies, enrollment, compliance, software deployment, and reporting.
• Support Windows Autopilot, patching, OS updates, endpoint security baselines, and device lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot application installs, sync errors, non-compliant devices, and recurring endpoint issues.
• Coordinate endpoint changes with testing, deployment plans, rollback steps, and cross-team communication.

Job description

This role manages Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager services, including provisioning, policy, patching, software deployment, compliance reporting, co-management, endpoint security baselines, and Tier 3 troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

Own daily administration of Intune and Configuration Manager endpoint services

Maintain secure, compliant device configurations, patching, and application deployments

Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation for endpoint issues

About you

5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager

Experience with application packaging, deployment troubleshooting, compliance reporting, and endpoint issue remediation

Strong documentation, change management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
