Job summary

Prudential is seeking an experienced Windows/Endpoint management Engineer to design and manage co‑managed MECM and Intune environments. You will drive image strategies, OS deployment, driver management, and certification of hardware to support global devices.

You will work on migrating to cloud-based management with Azure services, Autopilot, and Intune, while providing L3 support and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MECM/ConfigMgr design in enterprise environments.
• Strong know-how of Intune/Autopilot for cloud and on‑prem hybrid deployments.
• Experience building Windows imaging, deployment, and OS upgrade strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement highly available MECM infrastructure across regions.
• Integrate MECM with Intune/Azure AD and Autopilot for imageless deployments.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions for teams.
