Job summary

Fengshi Metal Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Laser Cut Operator to set up, operate and monitor laser cutting processes on production lines. You will read engineering drawings and act as a mentor to junior operators while ensuring quality and timely production.

The role requires 2–3 years of laser cutting experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Laser Cut machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in leading, guiding or training production operators.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor Laser Cut machines according to production schedules.
• Lead, guide and supervise Laser Cut Operators and junior team members.
• Provide on-the-job training on machine operation, safety and quality standards.
• Identify training needs and improve team performance.
• Maintain production records and ensure quality and safety standards.
