Job summary

SFP Technology Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking operators and supervisors for Milling/CNC/Laser Cut and welding roles to support daily production operations. The team will coordinate with QC, Planning, and Engineering to meet targets, while ensuring quality, safety and ISO compliance.

Applicants with PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma and hands-on experience with CNC/laser/welding are preferred. Trainees may be considered for Apprentice positions based on experience.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings and basic measuring tools are required.
• Teamwork and discipline are essential; supervisory experience is an advantage for senior roles.
• Qualification up to Diploma/Certificate/PMR or SPM is acceptable depending on position level.

Responsibilities

• Operate Milling/CNC/Laser Cut Machine according to drawings and production requirements.
• Monitor production output, machine performance, quality, manpower, and delivery schedules to achieve production targets.
• Perform machine setup, routine inspection, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with QC, Planning, Engineering, and other departments on production, quality, material, and delivery matters.
• Supervise and guide production workers and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 5S, safety requirements, and Company procedures.
