Location is Putrajaya/Cyberjaya area with 100% office-based work, month-end overtime, and a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Investment Operations and/or Middle Office.
Strong knowledge of securities and financial instruments.
Good understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Private Equity, Corporate Actions, Trade Booking & Settlement, Cash & Position Reconciliation, Fund Accounting & NAV Calculation, Trade Lifecycle / Front-to-Back Processes.

Responsibilities

Perform and review daily Cash and Position Reconciliations, investigate breaks and ensure timely resolution.
Support cash and securities trade booking across various asset classes.
Handle and review Corporate Actions and related processes.
Support trade settlement and trade lifecycle activities.
Investigate trade breaks and analyze trade booking/recaps, including potential P&L impact.
Perform daily oversight of IBOR and Bloomberg-related activities.
Monitor internal and external limits and escalate any breaches accordingly.
Support Fund Accounting, valuation and NAV calculation activities.
Liaise with internal and external audit teams on audit matters.
Participate in projects, testing, process improvements and new business initiatives.
