Job summary

atQuest Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to steer the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications. You will lead a team, collaborate with UI/UX designers and business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performing software.

The role demands strong front-end and mobile experience, API integration, cloud platforms, and Agile practices, with vendor environment experience mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in vendor/IT consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and mobile development for web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement well-structured APIs and integrate with back-end systems.
• Develop with Node.js/Next.js/React.js and React Native tech stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Establish and improve CI/CD processes and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
