Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Front End Lead Developer to head the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of web and mobile applications. You will provide technical leadership to the development team, collaborating with UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing applications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in web/mobile development, with expertise in Node.js, Next.js, React.js, .NET, or React Native, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software development, IT project consultancy, or similar technical environment.
• Experience leading software development/implementation teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in web/mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Next.js, React.js, .NET or React Native.
• Experience developing applications for Android and iOS platforms is a plus.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the development of web and mobile front-end applications.
• Translate design mock-ups into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and implement APIs to support front-end applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to plan releases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to the team.
