Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Full Stack Developer specializing in Angular frontend development in Kuala Lumpur. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and Java Spring Boot, collaborating with backend leads to ensure tight frontend-backend integration.

You will work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions and stay current with frontend trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on Angular (v2+)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
• Exposure to Docker
• Unit testing with Jasmine, Karma, or Jest
• Understanding of OWASP secure coding
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to deliver robust software solutions
• Work with the Application Architect and Backend Lead to build and implement full-stack features
• Own frontend-related components and help maintain consistency across the UI
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Contribute to code reviews and help uphold coding standards and performance best practices
• Help identify and address technical debt, performance issues, and frontend challenges
• Work with databases and data models for efficient data handling
• Stay current with frontend trends and suggest relevant improvements
• Work with DevOps engineers and tech leads on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring
