Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking an experienced investigation professional to support the Head of Group Investigation and GIFS in planning and executing fraud and misconduct investigations. You will document findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations while coordinating with internal and external parties.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Law/Investigation and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong interviewing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Law, Investigation or relevant studies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fraud, misconduct investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Group Investigation and GIFS in planning and executing investigations.
• Document findings and prepare investigation reports with recommendations.
• Conduct interviews with internal and external parties and secure evidence.
• Attend domestic inquiries or court cases as required.
• Assist in developing GIFS standards, manuals, and training aids.
