Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of critical plant equipment at Bukit Raja, Selangor. You will lead reliability improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive maintenance excellence in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering within a manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, or process plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective reliability improvement solutions.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a systematic approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause investigations.
• Drive reliability improvements to enhance safety and availability.
• Analyse downtime events and identify improvement opportunities, reducing maintenance costs.
• Plan and support major maintenance activities, turnaround projects, and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and external suppliers to implement improvements.
