Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an ETL Production Support professional to ensure stability, reliability, and timely delivery of ETL BAU operations across all data pipelines. You will own production support, oversee batch jobs with Autosys, and communicate with stakeholders during incidents.

You will analyze data flows, perform root cause analysis, drive improvements, and contribute to governance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ETL BAU operations across all ETL modules and data pipelines, ensuring batch stability and data availability.
• Oversee execution and monitoring of Autosys batch jobs and data pipelines.
• Act as incident lead for ETL production issues, including high-severity incidents and RCA.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and recovery.
• Identify risks, drive improvements, and contribute to governance, SOPs and runbooks.
