Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Data Intelligence Platform Support specialist who will provide BAU support for data pipelines and monitoring under SLAs. You will work with PowerBI to produce insights and troubleshoot data issues across staging, orchestration and transformation layers.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, the ability to work with stakeholders, and readiness to standby and attend weekend shifts to meet reporting timelines.

Qualifications

• Maintains and monitors data pipelines to meet SLAs.

• Analyzes and troubleshoots issues across staging, orchestration and transformation.
