Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG is seeking an experienced Lead ERP IT Consultant specialized in Microsoft D365 Finance to harmonize design and deliver cross-functional ERP solutions. You will lead sales/finance ERP implementations, align with architecture, and mentor teams across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes governance, best practices, and data migration alignment, with a focus on reporting development using Management Reporter and SSRS within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years as a Microsoft D365 ERP IT Consultant focusing on Finance.
• Proven track record (min. 3 years) managing international projects.
• Deep knowledge of Management Reporter and Dynamics SSRS Reports.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics Data Model and Entities.
• Experience as a requirements engineer for report development.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project planning/coordination and leadership to mentor consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery for Finance processes within D365 (Opportunity/Quote management, pricing logic, product/account management).
• Harmonize legacy CRM 2015 processes into D365 with minimal disruption.
• Oversee reporting projects from ideation to implementation and user training.
• Document ERP solutions and provide detailed requirements to the development team.
• Collaborate with ERP Solution Architect to ensure architectural consistency and data migration strategies.
