Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in product design and development.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, measurement and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with Minitab, MATLAB or Excel, and CAD/CAE tools.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Identify factors affecting performance and use modeling tools to optimize.
• Analyse data from experiments and provide clear recommendations.
• Design tests and test plans to verify performance targets.
• Write analysis scripts and create predictive models for performance.
• Lead and influence junior team members and document work clearly.
