Job summary

Vision Brite Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee daily electrical installation works at construction sites. You will coordinate site activities, supervise workers and subcontractors, and ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth site progress.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems, including cable containment, wiring, lighting, power, DBs, and related equipment.
• Coordinate electrical works with other trades and resolve site coordination issues.
• Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify defects or installation issues.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project/Site Engineer.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship and productivity.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the work area.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other site personnel when required.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspection, and rectification works.
• Ensure materials delivered to site are properly stored and used according to project requirements.
• Report site issues, delays, material shortages, and manpower requirements to the Project/Site Engineer.
