Job summary

Plexus is seeking an engineer in Penang to perform engineering design services across product realization, from concept to development. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and manufacturing requirements.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, you will contribute to proposals, drive technical content, and mentor colleagues while upholding Plexus core values and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in multiple phases of the Product Realization Process.
• Demonstrates effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design activities in the Product Realization Process with minimal direction.
• Develop innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate engineering concepts satisfying stakeholder needs.
• Assist project management with proposals including technical, staffing, budgetary, and schedule content.
• Represent Plexus in communications with customers and internal teams to discuss technical topics.
