Job summary

Aurora Talent is recruiting a Lead / Senior Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer for data centres and mission critical facilities in Malaysia. You will be the technical authority for wet services, lead from concept through detailed design to tender documentation and authority approvals, ensuring compliance and seamless multidisciplinary integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/building services engineering and professional registration preferred.
Minimum 10 years in an engineering consultancy focusing on plumbing, drainage, and fire protection.
Experience with NFPA, BS, MS standards and local BOMBA regulations.

Responsibilities

Technical authority for plumbing, drainage, and fire protection designs.
Lead a team of engineers, drafters and BIM specialists; ensure QA and standards.
Coordinate with AHJ, clients, project managers and main contractors.
Resolve BIM/Revit clashes and conduct constructability reviews.
Manage deliverables within budgeted man-hours and timelines.
