Forward Pace is seeking a highly organized Creative Content Producer to lead end-to-end content production for our outdoor camping brand in the e-commerce space. You’ll coordinate schedules, talent, and resources from concept to final delivery, working closely with in-house creative and marketing teams to transform ideas into briefs and scripts.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in creative or related fields (e.g. Media, Communications, Film).

Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Content Producer to lead the end-to-end content production process for our e-commerce brand in the outdoor camping space.

This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can seamlessly balance creative vision with hands‑on execution.You’ll manage production schedules, coordinate talent and resources, and ensure smooth execution from concept to final delivery.

Working closely with our in‑house creative and marketing teams, you'll transform ideas into clear briefs and scripts—then plan and execute shoots that deliver engaging, high‑quality visual content!

Responsibilities:

• Manage Production Timelines: Own the full production schedule from pre- to post-production, ensuring all deliverables are on time.
• Coordinate Talent & Resources: Source and schedule talent, vendors, and crew; assign roles across the in‑house team.
• Create Clear Production Briefs: Translate creative concepts into actionable briefs and detailed shoot lists.
• Oversee On-Set Logistics: Ensure smooth shoot‑day operations with contingency plans in place.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with creative and marketing teams to meet content and campaign goals.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time: Proactively identify and resolve issues during any phase of production.
• Uphold Quality Standards: Review all final outputs to ensure they meet technical and visual benchmarks.
• Design Casting Call Posters: Create visually appealing posters bi‑weekly using Canva or Photoshop.
• Write Scripts & Copy: Craft compelling scripts and copy with strong English writing skills.
• Embrace Innovation: Stay ahead of creative trends and experiment with AI tools to improve content execution.
• Other ad‑hoc tasks that can help the company succeed.
