Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for on-site leadership of construction activities in Perak. You will oversee planning, scheduling and document management, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Significant senior-level project management experience (8–10 years) in construction, EPCC or solar projects.
Strong contract management and excellent organizational skills are essential.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate and control large-scale construction activities.
Experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
Prior involvement in Perak-based projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management.
Lead planning, scheduling, conduction and coordination of works.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and design requirements, especially safety.
Document and align project requirements to meet objectives.
Develop reports and technical documents for solar design/feasibility.
Attend pre-construction and tender meetings; implement planned strategies.
