Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Berhad seeks a Construction Manager to lead and manage construction works during the operational phase, including upgrades, modifications, and performance improvements for PV projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with design teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical/civil engineering or construction work background, with construction management related to High Voltage (HV) power system being added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Possess valid CIDB Green Card.
• Able to be located at outstation (i.e. construction site) during project execution.
• Knowledge of solar PV system installation, maintenance, performance monitoring, and electrical protection systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction works during operational phase, including system upgrade, modification, and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure all design and execution works are delivered safely, accurately, and in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide daily updates and reports on construction performance to stakeholders.
• Review AFC drawings for practicality and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material specification compliance with project requirements.
