Job summary

IBroad Solutions seeks a Lead - Compute Infrastructure Services to provide technical and people leadership for enterprise compute infrastructure. You will drive Windows and Linux/Unix platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure across a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities include leading the platform team, managing incidents and escalations, patching, lifecycle management, and ongoing modernization while aligning with security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 12+ years in IT infrastructure or platform operations.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and people management.
• Strong Linux/Unix (RHEL) and Windows Server experience.
• Experience handling 24x7 mission-critical operations.
• Proven incident management and RCA experience.

• Own infrastructure service delivery, availability, reliability, and operational performance.
• Manage 24x7 operations, major incidents, service recovery, escalation, and root cause analysis.
• Drive OS patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.
• Lead infrastructure standardization, automation, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, risk, and governance requirements.
• Work closely with application, cloud, security, network, and other infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and capability development for the team.
• Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.
• Act as the People & Site Leader for KL-based Compute Infrastructure employees.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix platforms, preferably RHEL.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Strong experience in OS platform management, patching, security hardening, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing 24x7 mission-critical infrastructure operations.
• Proven experience handling major incidents, crisis management, RCA, and service recovery.
• Experience leading large, distributed, or multi-location teams.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation, modernization, and operational best practices.
