Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Cleanroom & M&E projects in Shah Alam. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet scope and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in cleanroom and MEP, hands-on installation experience, and professional certifications (PMP/CIDB preferred). Mandarin proficiency and strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, HVAC Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in cleanroom and M&E.
• Hands-on experience delivering cleanroom and M&E installation projects is mandatory.
• Cleanroom design experience is a plus.
• PMP, CIDB Green Card or equivalent PM qualification is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; Mandarin fluency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cleanroom, MEP and architectural works from award to handover.
• Manage MEP systems including HVAC/AHU, filtration, piping and related cleanroom infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and profitability.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications; manage variations and contractual claims.
• Coordinate procurement, tendering and subcontractor management to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance, validation and handover activities per standards.
