Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Cleanroom Finishing / Architectural Engineer to oversee cleanroom envelope and interior fit-outs in Malaysia. The role requires hands-on cleanroom experience, strong knowledge of partition, ceiling and flooring systems, and cross‑disciplinary coordination across multiple disciplines.

Expect on-site execution oversight, quality control, safety, and timely delivery within project schedules. Fluency in Mandarin and BIM familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Architectural Decoration, MEP Engineering, Cleanroom Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in complete cleanroom fit-out projects, preferably in semiconductor or new energy manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom partition, ceiling and flooring systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent execution, coordination and communication skills; Mandarin fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site coordination, technical briefing, supervision and acceptance of cleanroom interior fit-out works.
• Ensure cleanroom envelope systems meet cleanliness, airtightness, ESD and process functionality requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure works meet technical specs, quality standards and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve construction/technical issues on site.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, MEP and BMS teams; manage subcontractors.
