Qualifications

Chargeman A4 certification is required.
Minimum 3 years in facilities management or building operations.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to work independently and in a team.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; able to communicate across shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure building services and store equipment are functioning safely.
Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance as per the plan.
Monitor third-party contractors for safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
Conduct routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy.
Maintain engineering stores and plant rooms for tidiness and safe access.
Perform routine inspections every 3 hours and manage electrical/operational equipment.
