Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Associate Supervisor (BO Chargeman 11kV) in Sepang, Selangor. You will guide a team delivering preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-tension systems and related facilities. The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and on-site leadership.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage project timelines, and ensure work aligns with CBRE standards. Strong supervisory experience and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified competent BO 11kV with minimum 5 years of job-related experience in building / facilities maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience to lead a big team.
• Knowledgeable with preparing reports and documentations.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and proper operation of high tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
• Perform site works including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site repair works, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline for projects.
• Keep the team on schedule and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Manage vendor relationships, obtain pricing, and approve contracts.
• Collaborate with core teams to deliver solutions and oversee project teams.
